Job requirements
- A proven track record in high-level, strategic sales roles at manufacturing companies, with the technical credibility to build trust around custom, build-to-print, precision manufacturing
- Working knowledge of Aerospace and Defense qualification and onboarding — AS9100, quality audits and business assessments, ITAR, First Article Inspections, PPAPs, multi-year commitments, and contractual flowdowns
- Experience developing and closing multi-million-dollar contracts with Space and Defense primes and their suppliers
- A working model of cross-functional customer planning and process-based strategic enterprise selling
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders — from executive leaders to buyers, quality, and design engineers, and across a customer’s own supply-chain, program, and…
- Deep working knowledge of supply chain and precision manufacturing — sufficient to earn technical trust with engineers and executives alike
- Hardware, services, and/or infrastructure sales background
- High EQ and IQ, with the ability to grasp real customer pain points and opportunities and construct a plan to solution and execute against them
