Job responsibilities
- Leverage prior experience building the Pump Cartridge to perform assembly operations, troubleshooting, and quality inspections in accordance with established production standards and procedures.
- Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following standard operating procedures or company approved standardized protocols
- Perform many assembly types functions, using hand and power tools
- Assemble components into a completed product by following GMP and approved procedures
- Assemble parts under microscope using small instruments and microscopic devices
- Perform a wide range of complex tasks involving repair and testing
- Understand assembly processes and SOP’s
- Follow defined procedures to achieve expected Quality output
Job requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in CER environment is desired
- Ability to work as a team member
- Working knowledge of GMP and GDP
- 1-2 years of applicable experience e.g. laser welding and/or adhesive bonding
- Demonstrated proficiency with SA0225 assembly processes, associated work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and quality requirements.
