Job requirements

• 8+ years of work experience required
• 8+ years of experience in a Mako clinical or joint replacement role covering manual procedures
• Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups in a team-oriented environment
• Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership
• Strong analytical, project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timeline
