Branch Strategic Initiatives Lead
Job description

As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will work with the branch leader to define and deploy scalable processes for managing the branch scope, driving cross team communication, drive consistent reporting, delivering development labs and hardware, and drive a consistent team culture.
Job responsibilities
- Define and deploy scalable branch schedule management process/tool that allows responsible engineers to own schedules with minimal friction for schedule reporting.
- Develop and deploy scalable processes for internal and up/out communication and reporting of branch KPIs
- Own branch product development roadmap
- Own definition of development lab and development hardware facility requirements and drive rapid on ramping of that facility (in concert with operations and facilities)
- Own branch employee onboarding program
Job requirements
- BS in engineering, business, or finance +7 years relevant industry experience
- Experience developing scalable program management frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and program direction
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.) and/or ERP/MES systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- MS/MBA in engineering, business, or finance + 10 years relevant industry experience
- Experience managing engineering projects
