Job responsibilities

Drive utilization and disposable revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Carry and deliver against defined territory or account-level sales targets.
Provide hands-on procedural support to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and strong customer experience.
Lead physician and staff training to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and increase case volume.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and actively advance them.
Maintain accurate forecasting of procedure pipeline and growth opportunities.
Conduct structured account reviews and track performance against revenue objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to support program expansion.
