ABOUT THE JOB The Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager is a hands-on builder within the Supply Chain Program Development team who designs, documents, and deploys the compliance processes that allow our supply chain to operate in a defense environment. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous regulatory and contractual requirements—FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs—and partner with subject matter experts to translate them into clear, executable workflows that withstand internal review, customer scrutiny, and government audit.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design within aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
- Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous problems with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, high-quality documentation habits, and persistence in driving issues to resolution.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
- Experience in aerospace and defense.
