Job responsibilities

Lead facilities operations across multiple Orlando-area locations
Coordinate expansions, buildouts, moves, and space planning
Manage landlord, broker, contractor, and vendor relationships
Improve facilities processes and preventative maintenance programs
Oversee physical security systems, access control, visitor management, and emergency preparedness coordination
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance
Coach and develop the Facilities Manager and broader Facilities team
Prioritize and resolve reactive operational issues quickly and effectively

Job requirements

10+ years of facilities leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fast-growth operational environments
Experience leading facilities operations across multiple sites
Strong construction, expansion, and buildout coordination experience
Experience managing vendors, contractors, landlords, and facility-related partnerships
Strong understanding of:
HVAC systems
Electrical systems
Warehouse/manufacturing infrastructure
