- Lead and execute financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the global service organization, including revenue, headcount, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Partner with Service and Commercial leaders to develop customer-centric service offerings, pricing strategies, and lifecycle solutions that accelerate revenue growth while enhancing margins.
- Develop regional and global profitability analytics that expose contract-level economics, identify where margin is being won or lost, and pinpoint the levers needed to close the gap toward our service gross margin…
