Job requirements
- Serve as the lead technical resource for troubleshooting and maintaining automated material handling systems, including electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, controls, and automation equipment.
- Drive rapid resolution of equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve reliability, uptime, and system performance.
- Support and troubleshoot conveyors, sortation systems, drives, motors, sensors, scanners, networked controls, and other automation components.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and customer needs.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, and capital projects.
- Develop maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and standard work instructions.
