Job responsibilities

Provide Tier I and Tier 2 support services
Assist with ticket queue management and incident resolution
Device refresh deployment and migration support
Zoom Room refresh execution
SID server build and deployment support
Studio and All Hands event support coverage
User onboarding and off boarding support
General TechOps operational support

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree with two years of employment experience or a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with four years of employment experience is required.
2+ years of IT desktop support experience for Apple MacOS, Ubuntu Linux
Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and other collaboration platforms
Experience with automated desktop deployments using modern configuration management systems
Advanced understanding of Wired and Wireless Networking concepts, general troubleshooting steps and network tools
JIRA, JAMF, Entra, Zoom and Splunk experience is desirable
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware
