Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of facilities, plant engineering, construction, or building operations experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated…
• 3+ years of experience leading facility operations, projects, vendors, or technical teams.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems.
• Experience supporting active manufacturing operations where facility downtime can directly affect production.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work-order systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and execute facility construction and infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable building, fire, electrical, mechanical, and environmental codes.
