- This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Serve as key knowledge source of North America cash flow and net working capital (NWC) , owning the budget/ forecast process and delivering reporting and variance analysis with thoughtful insights.
- Compile monthly cash disbursement forecast s and analyze historical forecast performance against actual results .
- Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle , collaborating with colleagues for key inputs
- Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery
- Provide financial business partner support to HR and Facilities teams
- Add further value to the f inance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc.
- Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities
