Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field service, fleet operations, or technical field management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing field technicians.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams across multiple states or regions.
  • Hands-on technical background in electromechanical systems, robotics, industrial automation, or a closely related field (e.g., aerospace, heavy equipment, EV/autonomous vehicles).
  • Proven track record owning and improving reliability KPIs such as fleet uptime, MTTR, MTBF, or first-time fix rate.
  • Strong analytical skills comfortable reading data from fleet monitoring systems, building summary reports, and making data-driven operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and represent Bedrock professionally with enterprise customers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% across the Central Region, including overnight and multi-day trips.
  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record; able to operate a commercial service vehicle if required.
