Job requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment.
- Proven success delivering high-quality hires across multiple functions and skill sets.
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring leaders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage market insights and recruiting data to drive hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
