Head of Business Line Operations, Air Dominance & Strike

Job description

The mission of Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft , advanced effects , and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. As the Head of Business Line Operations, you’ll be responsible for the full operational scope of the one of our business lines from business operations to production and sustainment infrastructure, partnering closely with the General Manager as well as Functional leaders.

Job requirements

  • You’re a systems thinker who loves solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
  • You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
  • You've built flexible operational infrastructure at a high-growth company and know when to tear down and rebuild
  • You have experience with hardware production scaling through fielding, including rigorous metrics monitoring, problem identification, and resolution
  • You have deep financial acumen including unit economics, manufacturing finance, and P&L management
  • You’re operationally rigorous with a bias toward discipline, efficiency, and management via metrics
  • You have a proven ability to evolve organizations, coach senior leaders, and make hard talent calls
  • You’re have the ability to move between 30,000 ft and tactical, getting into the weeds when necessary
