Job requirements

  • Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, recommending engineering changes as necessary.
  • Install electrical apparatus (i.e.: switches, termination motors, boxes, lights, photocells, control enclosures, etc.)
  • Bend and install conduit to meet product requirements.
  • Solder electrical connectors.
  • Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, insulation testers, and other specialized tools to test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems.
  • Perform electrical checkout and product testing on all products before shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Download PLC-based programs and program Drives per engineering specs.
  • Operate forklifts and/or cranes as required by assignment.
