Job requirements

• 5+ years in technical IT Operations / infrastructure roles, with 2–3 years of team leadership, ideally in high-growth technology environments.
• Broad and deep hands-on technical experience across the modern IT stack: identity and directory services, endpoint management (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise administering identity providers and directories (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Google Cloud Identity), including SSO, SCIM, and federation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and personally execute software migrations, tenant cutovers, directory consolidations, and application rationalizations across business-critical systems.
• Proven experience leading IT hardware transitions—IMACD, MDM/UEM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji), imaging/provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Automation and scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) and comfort integrating systems via APIs to eliminate manual work.
• Strong ability to trace dependencies across systems, mitigate risk, and ensure continuity at scale.
• Exceptional ability to negotiate, align, and communicate technical decisions with diverse stakeholders, bridging cultural and process differences across organizations.
