Job description
ABOUT THE JOB The work is split roughly between two outcomes. First, increasing service desk agent efficiency by building automations, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that take routine tasks off our agents’ plates so they can focus on the harder problems. Second, providing self-service automations to internal customers: employee-facing tools that handle common requests (access, provisioning, lifecycle changes, troubleshooting) instantly and safely. This is a role with wide berth. You’ll have the latitude to design, build, and implement solutions that materially improve service quality and operational efficiency for the entire company. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
- Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
- Adept in leveraging a programming language, including Python, Go, Rust, etc.
- Proven success in developing end-user applications and workflow automations for end-to-end continuous integration solutions using REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operating production services.
