We need skilled CNC Programmers to help support the way we build and test our products and features in a start-up environment. You will work closely with research scientists, mechanical engineers, and hardware teams to machine precision components that bring next-generation robotic systems to life. Job requirements

  • Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC programming experience, including operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes (2-axis through 5-axis)
  • Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, EdgeCam, or equivalent) for toolpath generation and CNC programming
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent CAD software for reading and interpreting 3D models and engineering drawings
  • Solid understanding of machining principles, GD&T, and shop safety practices
