Come build scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics (AR). We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (continuous learning & development) to join the Learning Experience and Technology (LExT) team. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience with project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
  • Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices
  • Experience with Graphics/Photo imaging/Video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio, etc.), Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint etc.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
