Job responsibilities
- Perform daily material handling activities, including receiving, inspecting, counting, staging, and storing materials while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Safely load, unload, move, and deliver materials between site buildings and work centers, ensuring timely delivery to the correct locations.
- Operate material handling equipment and follow established safety procedures when handling, transporting, and securing materials.
- Coordinate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize material requests, communicate delivery status, and support daily operational needs.
- Support material requests, kitting activities, and shipping and receiving operations to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.
Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Ability to safely lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials in a physically active environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
