• Workforce Planning: Own the staffing infrastructure for Air Defense — managing headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance.
• Facilities Operations: Manage Air Defense’s facility strategy and execution, including 5+ US facilities and an rapidly expanding international footprint.
• Define and evolve the Confluence information architecture for Air Defense, driving adoption and content hygiene across stakeholders.

Job requirements

• You have a minimum of 5+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance, in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or other similar experiences.
• Demonstrated experience owning headcount planning, demand/supply forecasting, or workforce modeling in a scaling organization.
• Experience managing multi-site facility operations, space planning, or real estate coordination.“
