Job responsibilities

• Own board meeting preparation and logistics Manage end-to-end preparation for Board meetings, including coordination of the CEO letter, board deck, and final distributed materials, as well as the full board member…
• Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure Implement and maintain an IR CRM, track executive appearances at banking and IR conferences, run fundraising close processes, and coordinate quarterly investor reporting
• Plan and execute major investor events Own preparation and execution of large-scale investor engagements, coordinating content, logistics, and cross-functional support
• Serve as IR's cross-functional interface Partner with Communications on investor-facing products, coordinate with Marketing on materials and content production; interface with Events for major engagements and tours;
• Prepare and host investor and bank visits Coordinate complex visit agendas, prepare executive briefing materials, and lead select tours and meetings for investors and banking relationships at headquarters

Job requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes with high attention to detail
• Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite leaders, board members, and external investors
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
• Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company
