Job responsibilities

• Build and lead Mytra's logistics function - developing the team, defining the operating model, and owning end-to-end execution across all material paths: supplier to our manufacturing site in Brisbane, CA;

• Own the returnable packaging system end-to-end - defining standards, outsourcing design and supply, managing returnable loops for spare parts and components, and ensuring the system scales with deployment volume.
• Select, onboard, and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and domestic carriers - building commercial relationships, setting performance expectations, and holding partners accountable.
• Own import compliance: customs documentation, HTS classification, country-of-origin requirements, and proactive risk management across Mytra's international supply base.
• Build visibility and reporting across the logistics network — tracking all material in motion, surfacing risks early, and keeping internal stakeholders reliably informed.
