Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering and manufacturing principles.
  • Experience using CAD software to design mechanical components, fixtures, or assemblies through coursework, internships, research, Formula SAE, robotics, personal projects, or professional experience.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting, or modifying mechanical or electromechanical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment.
  • Willingness to spend significant time working directly with manufacturing equipment and production teams.
