Job requirements

Completion or near-completion of a two- or four-year technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment.
Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, or general shop-floor work.
Ability to apply structured problem-solving to manufacturing challenges.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working in an in-person manufacturing environment and collaborating across engineering and production teams.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of a hands-on manufacturing role, including extended standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
