Job responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM field required.
3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in composite or advanced manufacturing environment.
Proven track record leading process improvement projects with measurable results.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and composite manufacturing methods.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Deep knowledge of composite materials science and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
Strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to guide junior engineers and work across departments to address complex manufacturing challenges.
