Manufacturing Engineer, Roadrunner

Job description

You will help industrialize a Roadrunner product area, taking it from current rate toward high-volume deployment. You will own the build package for your scope, drive manufacturability into the design, create and improve the line, and keep production moving. Job requirements

  • 3+ years in manufacturing or NPI of electromechanical hardware, or equivalent hands-on build experience.
  • Degree in an engineering or technical field preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • ME fundamentals: reading engineering drawings and GD&T, DFM, work instructions, and tooling and fixtures.
  • You have physically built hardware through machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly; personal or extracurricular projects count.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high rate and volume, and delivering in a resource-constrained environment.
  • A world-class quality and mission mindset, a genuine hunger to learn, and flexibility for critical pushes.
  • U.S. Citizen. Willing to relocate to Ohio (Arsenal-1) after the 3-month Costa Mesa training.
  • High-rate manufacturing background in aerospace, automotive and EV, industrial, or medical device.
