Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial and Systems, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or assembly: Manufacturing Engineer: 0 to 4 years. Internships, co-ops, and hands-on engineering projects (such as Formula SAE) count.
Senior Manufacturing Engineer: 5+ years, including at least one production launch.
Understanding of assembly process design, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, ergonomics, and error-proofing.
Hands-on experience with assembly processes, tools, fixtures, or shop-floor equipment.
Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and process capability.
Working knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (Siemens NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks).
