Job requirements
- 1+ year experience as factory technician
- Minimum 6 months experience operating CNC machines
- Working knowledge of CNC machining and tooling fundamentals.
- Basic troubleshooting capability across mechanical and software systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a bias toward action and learning.
