Job responsibilities
- Own the Marketing org’s project management platform at the systems, process, and execution level
- (Cheerfully, aggressively) enforce adoption and adherence to these systems and process flows
- Implement a cadence of communications, both synchronous and asynchronous, to keep cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Mission Success, Gov’t Affairs, Engineering, Flight Test, and Legal informed…
- Proactively package and present org-wide status updates to senior leadership
- Surface and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers for Marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Own delivery of post mortems and retrospectives
