Job responsibilities

Materials Planning
Interfaces with the Customer on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments
Monitor material demand
Maintain and distribute daily/weekly run schedule
Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements and company financial goals
Inventory Management
Communicate with plant colleagues on inventories and anticipated production needs
Ensure and capture inventory accuracy of downgraded and rejected material from suppliers, in process and postproduction
