Job requirements

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
  • Experience in supply chain, commodity, and supplier management in a high volume, global sourcing and operations manufacturing environment with a global supply base of contract manufacturers
  • 2+ years of direct experience in Sourcing Mechanical Components, including Machined Parts, Stamped Parts, Plastic Parts, and/or Raw Materials
  • Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
