Job requirements
- Mining Expertise: 15+ years of direct mining experience. You must be extremely comfortable and knowledgeable in a mine site environment, understanding the nuances of production and safety.
- Leadership Tenure: 5–10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager).
- Tech Rollout Experience: Proven track record of actively participating in technology rollouts, such as autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
- Education: A University Degree in Mining Engineering is highly preferred to establish immediate credibility with customer stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in AZ, CA, TX or WY.
