Job responsibilities

• Test and analyze motors to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Remanufacture motors while learning FANUC products, developing technical troubleshooting skills while learning to operate as a Motor Repair Department team member
• Actively participate in structured on-the-job training with Supervisor and senior technicians to develop technical skills and product knowledge
• Maintain test equipment in good working condition by performing maintenance, inspections and reporting any issues as needed
• Complete repair estimates, remanufacturing tasks and all required documentation with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
• Participate in annual physical inventory activities to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of parts and materials
• Must be able to work standard business hours, with the flexibility to work overtime as business needs require
• High school diploma or GED
