Job responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSOC. Ensure sufficient staffing coverage, identify and address process gaps, and ensure that the team’s service level aligns with stakeholder expectations.
• Incident Management Support: Serve as the MSOC’s administrative point-of-contact during major incidents and events. Participate in incident management team calls and post-event debriefs.
• Emergency Services Liaison: Establish and maintain active relationships with local PSAPs to ensure coordinated incident reporting and pre-planned logistics for emergency responses.
• Documentation Development: Plan, develop, and implement written documentation, such as procedures, standards, job aids, and reference material, that will establish consistent expectations and scalability for the MSOC’s…

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in physical security operations or public safety, as a people leader with direct reports.
• Proven experience leading teams, including direct supervision of direct reports and oversight of contracted staff.
• Hands-on experience with the operation of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems as well as dispatch communication technologies such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio consoles, and mass…
