North America Maintenance Manager

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Director, you will be the operational leader for maintenance activities across approximately 14 customer sites throughout the United States and Canada.

Job requirements

Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in highly automated industrial environments
Experience managing maintenance operations supporting automated distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce systems
Multi-site maintenance leadership experience
Proven ability to drive consistency, governance, and operational discipline across geographically dispersed teams
Experience leading both internal maintenance teams and third-party service providers
Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and leading technical teams
Strong escalation management experience with equipment suppliers and external vendors
Professional proficiency in English
