Key job responsibilities Prime Air is seeking a Prime Air Area Manager, where you will serve as a front-line leader responsible for executing daily operations at a Prime Air Drone Delivery Station. You will lead and support teams across flight operations, ground handling, and fulfillment to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery performance.

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Can work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, including working outside in outdoor temperatures and refrigerated environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
