Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
12+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale
Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development
Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
