Procurement Operations Manager

Job description

As a Senior Procurement Operations Manager on our Deployed Programs team within Centralized Procurement, you will be the tip of the spear for procurement performance across Anduril's business lines. You will embed directly with division procurement teams, diagnose execution gaps, and drive measurable improvement in supplier delivery, PO management, and buyer effectiveness. This is not a headquarters role that reviews dashboards from a distance. You will be on the ground with buyers, in supplier meetings, and in the weeds of ERP data, solving problems that directly determine whether hardware reaches the production floor on time.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or strategic sourcing, with direct ownership of supplier delivery performance and purchase order management.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40 to 60% of the time, variable based on which divisions are in pilot expansion, or steady state.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
  • Master's degree in supply chain, operations management, or MBA.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or hardware manufacturing procurement.
  • Deeper experience within: Supplier performance management and development programs
  • DPAS (Defense Priorities and Allocations System) rated order compliance
