Job description
We are seeking a Fleet Product Manager to lead the development of products that orchestrate and optimize warehouse automation systems, including forklifts, AGVs, and AS/RS cranes. This role operates at the intersection of software, operations, and robotics, and plays a key part in scaling Mujin’s automation platform and delivering real-world impact for customers.
The ideal candidate is a balanced product leader who can translate real-world warehouse and fleet operations into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Success in this role requires strong product management fundamentals, combined with hands-on experience in logistics or automation environments.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product development in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectors
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently
