Job description

The Amazon TD PACE (Tech Deployment - Product, Analytics and Customer Experience) within S&O (Strategy and Operations) organization is seeking a product manager – technical (PM-T) to drive customer experience and product strategy. This PMT will own AI centered systems/tools used during the planning and execution of robotics deployment in our fulfillment centers. They will facilitate the organization in making data driven bar raising decisions, through seamless partnership with the deployment teams and becoming an expert on field usage of the systems and tools they own.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
