Job responsibilities
- Production Execution Run daily line operations: startup, staffing, shift flow
- Hit daily/weekly output targets to takt time
- Manage line balancing & work assignments
- Escalate and resolve line-down issues fast
- Coordinate material availability with logistics/warehouse
- Team Leadership Supervise assembly technicians: scheduling, attendance, coverage
- Train and cross-train operators; maintain skills matrix
- Conduct performance feedback & coaching
