Summary The Program Manager (PM) position within Facilities Operations is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing key programs that support Facilities Operations across all AV locations. The PM will have primary ownership of multiple programs including real estate database, lease administration, fleet operations, workplace utilization, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting, intranet site content and design, and the workplace reservation system.

Job responsibilities
- The Legal department has primary ownership for submitting the annual CSR report. The PM acts as lead representative for the Facilities organization in its role coordinating preparation, data collection, development,…
- Manage facilities‑related social corporate responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, and community engagement efforts tied to facilities operations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional CSR projects with EHS, P&C, and Communications, ensuring alignment with AV’s corporate responsibility strategy.
- Track and coordinate reporting on program performance (e.g., energy savings, waste reduction, community impact) to internal stakeholders and for external reporting as needed.
