Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential EH&S managers, environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, site safety specialists, and facilities/maintenance technicians.
  • Engage passive EH&S talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized safety and facilities networks and professional associations (e.g., ASSP, NSC).
  • Collaborate closely with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to define technical role requirements and craft compelling value propositions for EH&S professionals.
  • Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Represent the company's brand internally and externally, clearly articulating our unique business model, manufacturing scale, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Leverage internal resources and market insights to build strategic outreach campaigns that sell our unique value proposition to top-tier safety talent.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
  • Proven experience conducting thorough competency evaluations of safety capabilities (e.g., OSHA compliance, EPA regulations, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, and safety management systems).
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders to calibrate candidate profiles and provide transparent pipeline reporting.
  • Experience advising leadership on market conditions, safety talent availability, and candidate salary expectations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Clear communication style to evaluate candidate motivations, safety philosophies, and cultural fit within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Experience sourcing strategies seamlessly between technical office/engineering roles and hands-on, field-based site operations.
  • Highly autonomous but deeply collaborative, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth, and safety-critical environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
