RF Test Technician
Job description

Job responsibilities
- Build, modify, and maintain RF test setups, coax assemblies, RF switch harnesses, cables, fixtures, and supporting lab hardware
- Support qualification and acceptance test plan execution by preparing equipment, following procedures, collecting results, and escalating issues
- Perform soldering, rework, connector installation, harness assembly, labeling, and other hands-on lab tasks
- Help prepare RF hardware and test equipment for flight tests and support setup, troubleshooting, and teardown in the field
- Operate or learn to operate basic RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, attenuators, RF switches, and test radios
- Keep lab and production test areas organized, repeatable, and ready for fast execution
