Robotic Associate Field Service Engineer

The Robotic Associate Field Service Enginee r provides onsite repair, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance for FANUC robots and systems, scheduled, on an emergency basis, with the ability to travel on short notice and have the flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to company and customer requirements.

Reporting to our Hoffman Estates, IL office, the Associate Field Service Engineer will provide support to customers in the Midwest and will be commutable to Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, problem-solver with a “service first” mindset who has experience with FANUC technology.
