Job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade robotic systems Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues in real time and restore the system to operational condition with minimal downtime, escalating to remote engineering support when…
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, including work on sensors, motors, and robotic arms
• Read and understand schematics, troubleshooting guides, and other documents to isolate problems
• Support equipment upgrades and modifications
• Perform preventative maintenance Track and share maintenance records
• Replace worn or failed components
• Perform calibrations and daily readiness checks
• Keep detailed reports Document activities, repairs, and system performance through detailed field reports and Jira tickets

Job requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Robotics or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in Robotics or Field Service
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for 8-10 hours, and maneuver in and around equipment including tight spaces
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate controlled
• Flexible on shift coverage, including occasional overtime and on-call support as required
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
