Senior Brand Designer

Job description

The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold.

Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our core team. You will be driving the Anduril brand identity.

Job responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative end-to-end across digital, print, and web
  • Visual development using sketches, digital comps and mock-ups
  • Partner cross-functionally with business lines, marketing, communications
  • Craft presentations to communicate visual direction
  • Maintenance of guidelines and technical files
  • Participate and share work in design reviews with senior leadership and external partners

Job requirements

  • Minimum 6 years professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design or equivalent in a studio environment
  • A portfolio that demonstrates identity systems and campaign work across print and digital surfaces
  • Expert in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign]
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and business development
  • A reliable self-starter, organized, with attention to detail
  • A team player who brings a unique sense of aesthetics and passion
  • Must work on-site at HQ
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
