Job responsibilities

Provide timely, practical and business-oriented legal advice regarding commercial sales activities and related strategic initiatives.
Draft and negotiate complex customer-facing commercial agreements, including equipment sale, software licensing, and service agreements.
Draft and negotiate distributor, reseller, confidentiality, consulting and supplier/vendor agreements.
Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations and other functional teams to support commercial transactions and business objectives.
Independently manage commercial matters and appropriately identify and escalate significant legal, regulatory or business risks to Legal and business leadership.
Collaborate with other members of the Legal team on strategic initiatives and broader legal matters as needed.
